This hotel provided a GREAT location near the airport. A convenient free shuttle service operates to the airport terminals. The pool was fabulous. It offered many lounges in both sun and shade. I enjoyed my meal at Biggles. The price was reasonable.
There WAS an offensive smell in the corridors. The tv operation was confusing, BUT staff showed us how to use the remote. The bathroom LACKED an extraction fan, leading to mirror fog.

The pool area is spacious, with plenty of loungers available to relax. There are also shaded sections, offering a respite from the sun. The gym features modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

the restaurants had a wonderful choice. there was a sports bar and evening entertainment. i found helpful staff and comfortable facilities. sint cleaned my room and took such care of things there. it was lovely.
the room overlooked a very busy street. the street noise made it difficult to fall asleep. i struggled with the sounds.

the free shuttle bus to the airport was very helpful for early morning flights. the hotel had a holiday atmosphere with a nice pool area. a selection of restaurants and bars were available on site.
The pillow was not comfortable. I could not sleep well the whole night. i booked an early check-in. They did not keep any room. i received a theoretical upgrade in a room with a shower not working properly.

the location near the metro was very useful. the airport shuttle made my travel easy. the upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, offering extra space and better amenities.
the room wasn't completely soundproof. i could hear noise from the hallway.

the breakfast had lots of options and fresh pastries
the check in was a disaster i called 2 hours before my arrival to assure my rooms were ready i was told that one room is ready the room wasn't ready when i arrived 2 hours later my kids were sleeping in the car it was frustrating
